Iris our Doula, was very helpful through the whole process, if you let her know what you need from her she will make herself available at every step.
She has deep knowledge of childbirth process and was instrumental in healthy birth of our child. She goes above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
Her recommended breathing exercises and yoga poses helped my wife during pregnancy. She also gave lot of advice to me as father which was helpful while in birthing suite or later at home with the baby.
She even helped us with post birth in giving baby first bath and other mundane but must needed work.

My name is Gabriela Molina, from Táchira, Venezuela. In 2016, during my first pregnancy at age 32, Iris Violeta entered my life and became my doula—a presence of serenity, wisdom, and profound human warmth.
From the fifth month on, she guided me each week with readings, videos, and conversations that helped me understand birth as an act of trust and inner power. She taught me to breathe consciously, to recognize my contractions, to respect my pain threshold, and to connect with my body and my baby.
When labor began on November 15, 2016, Iris accompanied me with her calm voice and steady presence. She held my hand, grounded me through each contraction, and reminded me of my strength. I chose a natural birth without anesthesia because she had prepared me to trust my body completely.
After my baby was born, she cared for me with tenderness—helping me stand, supporting me emotionally, and teaching me how to breastfeed. Thanks to her, I began exclusive breastfeeding from the very first moment.
In 2017, I became pregnant again, and Iris once more walked beside me with the same love, guidance, and quiet power. On March 21, 2018, my daughter Elizabeth arrived, surrounded by the calm wisdom that Iris brings to every birth.
Looking back, I know her presence was essential.
Iris embodies the perfect balance of knowledge, emotional support, and spiritual grounding. She empowers, she guides, and she holds you with a love that remains long after birth.
She will always live in my heart—for she prepared not only me, but also my husband, and worked beautifully alongside my doctor, allowing me to live the miracle of giving life with dignity, freedom, and deep joy.
